Due to growth and customer demand, CommScope is looking to add a Client Success Manager to our Global Customer Experience team. How You'll Help Us Connect The World As a Client Success Manager, you will manage multiple concurrent project assignments of varying size and scope, medium to large single projects to include logistical support during project initiation, project planning, project execution, project control and project closure. You will be identifying priority projects within each account and work with Customer Service to define capabilities. You will maintain, manage, and follow up on quality/issues log from inception to resolution.
