About The Position

The Client Success Manager at GrapeTree Medical Staffing is a critical role focused on driving client engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention. This position involves close partnership with clients to understand their evolving needs, re-engage inactive accounts, and reinforce the value of GrapeTree’s workforce solutions. Through strong relationship-building, consultative selling, and active listening, the Client Success Manager identifies the root causes of client disengagement and translates these insights into actionable strategies to support retention and revenue growth. Requirements

  • Strong sales or account management skillset, with a proven ability to re-engage inactive clients and uncover root causes of disengagement
  • Tenacious, resilient, and curious worker who thrives in situations requiring problem-solving, ownership, and targeted outcomes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High level of customer service skills, including customer support and issue resolution experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business software tools
  • Familiarity with internet-based tools and systems
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Own client disengagement intelligence by identifying, documenting, and categorizing root causes of reduced or lost utilization, and turning those insights into clear, actionable direction for the business
  • Identify, track, and report key retention drivers, risks, and utilization trends, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into what is driving client growth, stagnation, or loss
  • Lead proactive re-engagement efforts with inactive or at-risk clients, clearly diagnosing and documenting drivers of disengagement, and translating findings into targeted recovery strategies and internal action plans
  • Establish a consistent feedback loop with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to translate client-level insights into pricing strategy, service improvements, and demand generation initiatives
  • Drive revenue growth by applying effective consultative sales techniques and strategic account management practices
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships through responsive communication, proactive outreach, and trusted partnership
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns with urgency and solution-oriented thinking
  • Research, develop, and implement retention and recruitment strategies that support business objectives
