About The Position

Strider Technologies delivers strategic intelligence that helps organizations make faster, more confident decisions in an increasingly complex global environment. Using cutting-edge AI and proprietary methodologies, we transform open-source data into actionable insights that help protect technology, talent, and supply chains from nation-state risks. Strider is seeking a mission-driven Client Success Manager to lead customer engagement and execution in dynamic, high-stakes environments. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you’ll bridge the gap between Strider’s platform and real-world mission requirements—embedding with government customers, organizing the people, technology, and decisions required to deliver, and serving as the trusted partner who turns mission needs into shipped outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact national security while helping shape Strider’s future product and customer playbook. If you thrive on driving execution, building trust with operators, and making yourself indispensable to a sophisticated customer, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in customer-facing strategy, program management, product management, solutions, or operator roles—with a track record of delivering outcomes for sophisticated end users.
  • Demonstrated ability to own multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end and drive them to measurable, defensible results.
  • Experience working with or inside government, defense, intelligence, or national-security organizations; comfort operating in cleared or operational environments.
  • Strong product, design, and project-management instincts—you think in terms of users, workflows, and adoption, not features.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, up to and including senior government leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving mission contexts.
  • Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time based on mission requirements.
  • Active U.S. security clearance (TS/SCI) or eligibility to obtain one strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own one or more government customer accounts end-to-end, building genuine trust with mission leads, end users, and program leadership.
  • Translate ambiguous mission needs into a sequenced plan of work—deciding what to build, what to deprioritize, and when to stop.
  • Drive ruthless execution: run the cadences, unblock teams, and hold the line on commitments to the customer.
  • Be the product voice in the room—shape requirements with the customer, validate prototypes, and feed structured product signal back to Strider’s platform team so individual deployments compound into product.
  • Care about how analysts and operators actually use what we deliver—sweat the workflows, the surfaces, and the moments of friction that decide whether a tool gets adopted or shelved.
  • Identify expansion paths inside each account—adjacent missions, new teams, new authorities—and convert proof points into durable, growing relationships.
  • Represent the customer internally with clarity and conviction—advocate for what matters; push back on what doesn’t.

  • Company Equity Options
  • Flexible PTO
  • Wellness Reimbursement
