Client Success Manager (Compliance)
About The Position
Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Success Manager (Compliance) with a strong background in data analysis and client coordination to join our dynamic team. As a Client Success Manager (Compliance), you will build strong client relationships, lead compliance-focused program reviews, analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, manage project deliverables, and present actionable recommendations to clients and key stakeholders. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, project management, program management, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
- Experience managing project plans, tracking deliverables, and coordinating multiple stakeholders across concurrent initiatives.
- Experience analyzing business, operational, compliance, or program data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to clients, leadership teams, and large stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining exceptional client service.
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting utility, energy efficiency, clean energy, rebate, or compliance programs.
- Experience using Power BI or similar tools to review dashboards and interpret data-driven insights.
- Experience facilitating client-facing meetings and presenting analytical findings and recommendations to executive and cross-functional audiences.
- Experience developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations, business reviews, and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Analytics, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary client relationship lead for compliance initiatives, building trusted partnerships and ensuring client objectives are achieved.
- Reviews compliance dashboards, program data, and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program improvement.
- Develops and manages project plans, tracks deliverables, and coordinates stakeholders to ensure initiatives and action items are completed on schedule.
- Presents compliance reviews, key findings, and strategic recommendations to clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Analyzes program performance data and compliance findings to recommend process improvements that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and program integrity.
- Balances multiple client priorities and facilitates collaboration across internal teams and external partners to drive successful program outcomes and continuous improvement.
