The Client Success Consultant will develop strong working relationships with clients, including hedge funds, pension funds, and asset managers, guiding them on how to best utilize ISS Stoxx's products and services. This involves understanding corporate governance and proxy voting services, learning about clients' businesses, and providing insights, best practices, and solutions. Internally, the role partners with Sales, offering operational, industry, and product expertise to clients while managing the overall client experience. Key functions include serving as the primary client contact, providing support and expertise on corporate governance and proxy voting solutions, applying critical thinking to resolve issues, liaising with ISS Operations, and participating in the client renewal process.
