Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a customer-facing role (inside sales, customer service, account coordination, or client services)
  • Comfort working with professional clients – you'll be partnering with directors, managers, and administrators daily
  • Natural ease with outbound communication – you genuinely enjoy making calls and writing professional emails daily
  • Tech-savvy mindset – you pick up web-based software quickly and help others do the same
  • Excellent written communication – clear, concise, professional, and friendly
  • Strong verbal presence – confident and personable on phone and video calls
  • Exceptional organization – you manage multiple client needs simultaneously and always follow through
  • Service-first mentality – you're genuinely invested in helping busy professionals succeed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or familiarity with higher education (student affairs, admissions, orientation programs)
  • Background in HR, employee onboarding, or corporate training
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Umbraco, Drupal)
  • Familiarity with basic web concepts or simple HTML
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or ticketing tools like Dynamics, Salesforce, or Zendesk

Responsibilities

  • Building Relationships with Education & HR Professionals Serve as the primary contact for orientation directors, student affairs staff, and HR professionals in your client portfolio
  • Make proactive check-in calls and emails to strengthen relationships and understand their evolving needs
  • Capture detailed notes and action items from conversations in our CRM system
  • Monitor platform usage reports to identify opportunities or address concerns before they become issues
  • Guiding Higher Ed & Business Clients to Success Become an expert on our orientation platform and understand the unique needs of both higher education and corporate onboarding
  • Recommend features, enhancements, and strategies tailored to each institution's or company's specific goals and budget
  • Help orientation directors plan for new student cohorts and assist HR teams with employee onboarding campaigns
  • Support proposal development, renewals, and change requests using proven templates
  • Onboarding & Training New Partners Welcome new orientation directors and HR teams after their platform launches, setting the foundation for a strong partnership
  • Lead high-level introduction online training sessions that empower university staff and HR professionals to confidently manage their platforms
