Requirements

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strategic thinker who looks beyond the task to the outcome
• Professional, articulate, and confident in communication
• Energized by helping teams succeed — not just completing assignments
• Customer Service Experience
• Intermediate Computer Experience (outlook, excel, word)
• Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience in CS or sales support.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen customer relationships that lead to repeat business
• Guide customers confidently through sampling, quoting, and ordering
• Support the sales process and drive projects to profitable completion
• Ensure every order is accurate, complete, and professionally documented
• Track project status and proactively communicate updates
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to keep projects on time and on margin
• Improve internal systems and elevate workflow efficiency
• Build trust through deep product knowledge and polished communication
