About The Position

We have been satisfying our customers for over 25 years through innovation and creative problem solving. As a Client Success Advocate for our SaaS software products (non-IT or Marketing), you will be responsible for creating deep relationships with our customers and partners, ensuring their ongoing use of our products, educating them on new features, and seeking opportunities to expand our relationships via upsell and cross-sell. This role requires a tenacious individual who is intrinsically motivated, self-driven, and passionate about client success. Overall, the goals of a Client Success Advocate are: Build relationships with all assigned customers, monitor their product usage and serve as a key point of contact for them, ensuring long-term retention Deepen existing partnerships by providing value adds through additional products and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years overall combined experience in sales and account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in standard business and sales software, including Office products and Hubspot
  • Be an exceptional team player with all staff
  • Intrinsic motivation to maintain a steady flow of revenue for the company
  • Adherence to company Information Security Policies
  • Available to travel occasionally, to (company-related events, industry-related travel including conferences, trade shows, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Laundry industry and/or cloud-based software sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of client's businesses, goals, and challenges
  • Apply strategic thinking to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop proposals/solutions that meet the client's needs and generate new revenue for the Company
  • Negotiate pricing, renewals, and contracts
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address promptly any issues or concerns that arise
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Own knowledge of all products and services offered by the company
  • Collaborate with the Client Success team to create a process to connect with clients supporting engagement and high satisfaction rates
  • Develop and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Provide ideas for creative sales and marketing tactics
