As a Client Success Advocate for our SaaS software products (non-IT or Marketing), you will be responsible for creating deep relationships with our customers and partners, ensuring their ongoing use of our products, educating them on new features, and seeking opportunities to expand our relationships via upsell and cross-sell. This role requires a tenacious individual who is intrinsically motivated, self-driven, and passionate about client success. Overall, the goals of a Client Success Advocate are: Build relationships with all assigned customers, monitor their product usage and serve as a key point of contact for them, ensuring long-term retention Deepen existing partnerships by providing value adds through additional products and services
