We’re seeking a Client Strategy & Ops Associate to help drive customer outcomes and operational excellence as we scale. The Role As a Client Strategy and Ops Associate, you will collaborate directly with prospects and clients to help them realize the full value of Finster’s AI platform. You’ll identify opportunities for growth, ensure client success, and relay valuable insights to our product teams. As a subject matter expert on the Finster AI platform and its workflows, you will:

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience working in investment banking, private equity, or private credit
  • Deep understanding of investment banking workflows
  • Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Deep curiosity about AI and technology’s role in reshaping finance

Responsibilities

  • Drive client expansion: Build and grow relationships with new and existing clients across investment banking, research, and private credit
  • Scale GTM infrastructure: Help to operationalize Finster’s go-to-market motion including defining processes, managing tools (CRM, analytics, enablement), and helping to evolve sales and client success playbooks
  • Collaborate with Product: Work closely with the product team to surface customer insights, identify workflow pain points, and influence roadmap priorities
  • Deliver Client Success: Partner with users inside of investment banks to support their AI adoption journey and ensure they derive measurable value from Finster
  • Contribute to Operational Excellence: Analyse, refine, and implement processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability across the commercial organization
  • Execute Strategic Projects: Assist with cross-functional strategic initiatives such as pricing strategy, commercial collateral development, client impact analysis
