The Client Strategy Manager will play a critical role in shaping how CareScout understands, reaches, and serves the many customers who make up the aging and caregiving ecosystem. Our products serve aging individuals, their families and support networks, and the providers and payors who guide them through important decisions. Each of these groups has distinct needs and considerations, and this role will bring clarity to how we define, segment, and serve them. To meet those needs, the role will focus on how we engage and support our institutional partners (e.g., long-term care insurers, affinity organizations), helping them to overcome barriers, activate solutions, and ultimately better serve the end customer. By translating insights into actionable strategies, the Client Strategy Manager will help CareScout reach customers more effectively and deliver solutions that create meaningful impact.
