As a key member of the Home Services executive leadership team, the SVP of Client Strategy & Transformation will be responsible for shaping and driving the strategic vision for client success, revenue growth, and business transformation across our portfolio. This role is charged with deepening strategic partnerships, leading transformative initiatives for our clients, and scaling solutions that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and long-term value creation. This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal cross-functional leaders, ensuring alignment between business outcomes, innovation priorities, and operational execution. This individual will lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team across strategy, consulting, and delivery—setting the tone for excellence, accountability, and client impact at scale. This role is hybrid and based in our South Charlotte headquarters four days per week, with remote flexibility on Fridays. There is some level of client travel required.
