As a Remote Client Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident in their financial journey. This role is remote with flexible, personally customized scheduling, designed for driven individuals who want to make a positive impact in their communities. This role is a strong fit if you are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and passionate about helping people. No prior financial experience is required as you will receive structured training and coaching to develop your skills in financial concepts, client service, and leadership, with advancement and compensation scalable to your personal career goals.

  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Backgrounds in customer service, education, coaching, military, leadership, or management are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted contact and liaison for your clients, responding to questions and needs in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Guide clients through understanding their current financial situation and help them clarify their goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with associates to provide financial education and strategies related to budgeting, debt reduction, investments, insurance-based protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning.
  • Support clients in building and following customized financial plans, checking in regularly to help them stay on track and make informed adjustments.
  • Work closely with a team of like-minded professionals, sharing ideas, participating in training, and contributing to a positive, growth-oriented culture.
