Client Specialist - Business Insurance National Accounts
About The Position

As a Client Specialist on the National Accounts team, you will work directly with a Client Executive and Client Advisor/Director to service and retain an existing book of business for large revenue accounts. Your day-to-day would involve a variety of tasks ranging from reviewing/processing of policies, issuing certificates of insurance after reviewing contracts, creating proposals, processing endorsements, invoicing and other day-to-day tasks as directed by the department manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 4 years knowledge of commercial insurance industry, laws, products, coverages and markets is essential
- Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers
- Thrives in a team environment
- Be a self-starter; problem solver
- Organized with good time management skills to allow for handling a wide variety of tasks and meeting deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Property & Casualty License required
