We’re looking for a Client Solutions Representative to join our ever-evolving Client Solutions team and help shape the future of global commerce. Requirements

Experience in B2B sales, outbound customer service, account management, or a client-facing role with a track record of delivering strong business outcomes.
Proven ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and solution-oriented thinking.
Confidence identifying opportunities, influencing decisions, and helping clients achieve their goals through value-based conversations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret client needs, evaluate options, and deliver accurate and effective solutions.
High school diploma and a results-driven mindset with a commitment to accountability, continuous learning, and client success.

Nice To Haves

Experience within the payments, financial services, or credit card industry.
Two or more years of relevant client-facing, sales, or account growth experience.
Bilingual communication skills in French and English.
