As a Client Solutions Manager, your responsibilities will include business development and placement activities. You will develop and grow your own client base by marketing contract talent solutions, utilizing your technology and/or recruiting background. This involves marketing via video, telephone, and in-person/virtual meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers. Participation in local association and networking events is expected to solidify Robert Half’s presence in the local business community. You will select well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders and maintain ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals to ensure exceptional customer service. Resolving customer service issues quickly and efficiently is key to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
