Client Solutions Director
About The Position
As a Client Solutions Director, your responsibilities will include developing, growing, and nurturing client relationships. This involves marketing services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings with new and existing clients to expand the utilization of services while providing an outstanding customer experience. You will identify and discuss future project initiatives with clients, ensure clients' expectations are met, and match contractors' skill sets with client engagement requirements by presenting highly skilled contractors. Additionally, you will participate in professional industry associations to increase our presence within the local finance and accounting community.
