We have designed, installed, and serviced more than 4,000 integrated building control systems for over 1,600 commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Our customers rely on us for practical control solutions, responsive service, and long-term partnership. Our account teams are backed by experienced engineering, operations, service, and field teams that help turn customer needs into successful outcomes. We are looking for a Service Account Manager who can own relationships with existing Setpoint customers and targeted building owners. This role is focused on protecting and expanding our service base through service agreements, controls support, retrofits, upgrades, and lifecycle solutions that improve building performance. This is a customer-facing, relationship-driven sales role for someone who understands that the best opportunities come from trusted partnerships, proactive account planning, and a clear view of what each building needs next.
