As a Client Solution Specialist within PNC's Vendor Finance organization, you will be based remotely within PNC's footprint. While this position is primarily remote, it does require occasional in-person attendance for training, meetings or team collaboration in Horsham, PA. The Client Solution Specialist supports a high volume of daily service activity through phone and email communication, within the Vendor Finance team. This customer service position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering a high level of service to internal and external clients. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
  • Typically requires 3+ years experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
  • Gathers required documentation.
  • Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy.
  • Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes.
  • May administer implementation plans.
  • Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary.
  • Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications.
  • Provides reports as needed.
  • May perform general administrative support.
