As a Client Solution Specialist Sr within PNC's Corporate Banking organization, you will be based in Columbus, OH. The Senior Client Relationship Representative (CRR Sr) serves as a critical partner to Relationship Managers (RMs) within Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB), supporting the delivery of a consistent, high-quality client experience. This role is responsible for managing complex servicing activities, coordinating across multiple internal partners, and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all client-related processes. The Senior CRR operates with a high degree of ownership and independence, acting as a central point of coordination for market demands, client servicing, KYC/compliance activities, and operational execution. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Responsibilities

  • Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
  • May serve as a customer solutions resource.
  • Gathers required documentation.
  • Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy.
  • Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes.
  • May administer implementation plans and related client interactions.
  • Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary.
  • Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications.
  • Provides reports as needed.
  • May serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.
