We do more than clean homes... We Make Lives Better! We are looking for a new team member to assist clients by delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role blends caring client services, scheduling & administrative support, and heartfelt communication to support our MVP Team of technicians and keep our clients delighted.

Requirements

  • Must speak English
  • 21 years of age or older
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills: Email, texting, Google Workspace applications, Chrome Browser
  • Professional communication
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to pass a National criminal background check, Motor Vehicle Report and Drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls live and respond to emails within 24 business hours
  • Communicate professionally and warmly via phone, email, and text
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through consistent, warm, professional communication
  • Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
  • Turn every interaction into a positive, memorable experience
  • Support for managing and optimizing daily cleaning schedules as needed
  • Adopt and utilize our software to monitor bookings, adjustments, and team assignments
  • Communicate schedule changes clearly and promptly with clients and staff
  • Flexible and available to support opening or closing the office as needed
  • Assist with other office duties as needed
