Requirements

Bachelors Degree
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional, client-first demeanor with a proactive problem-solving attitude

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in client services, financial services, or a related field
Familiarity with investment products, financial terminology, or wealth management

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
Manage and maintain client accounts, records, and documentation with a high degree of accuracy
Coordinate with internal investment advisors and operations teams to fulfill client requests, and timely completion of operational needs
Onboard new clients by guiding them through account setup and investment processes, processing additional items in management of accounts
Monitor client portfolios and proactively communicate relevant updates or changes in assistance with Financial Advisor
Daily multi tasking responsibility in assisting various clients or internal projects
Resolve client concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
Support compliance efforts by ensuring all client interactions and records meet regulatory standards
