About The Position

Neuropath Healthcare Solutions provides comprehensive technology-driven healthcare solutions for various healthcare organizations. They are seeking a Case Manager who is internally motivated and adaptive, valuing a fast-paced team dynamic and client-focused core values. The Client Services Representative will provide program coordination and administrative functions for clients, ensuring they receive necessary services and resolving complaints. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, multitasking efficiently, organized, flexible, and driven.

Requirements

  • At least a year of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Must have experience in an office setting
  • Must consent to and pass a formal background check including fingerprinting

Nice To Haves

  • Being Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Interacts with clients via telephone or email, to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Collects and enters requests for new or additional services.
  • Case assignments & Service Scheduling
  • Fields client inquiries and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Performs client satisfaction calls.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients’ problems and concerns.
  • Maintains client accounts and records of client interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Attends in-service training as required by regulation.
  • Adheres to all agency administrative and clinical policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
