About The Position

Boulder Veterinary Hospital, part of the Suveto network of hospitals, is looking for an experienced Client Services Representative to join our team. Boulder Veterinary Hospital is a full service small animal hospital providing excellence in care for canines and felines. Our goal is to provide our clients and patients with excellent, compassionate veterinary care in a professional yet comfortable environment. Our dedicated veterinarians and staff understand the special role pets play in our lives. A Client Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Although this position does not provide direct care for the pets we serve, the CSR's are critical to the success of every client interaction. We work using a team-oriented approach in delivering the best in compassionate care for both the pets and clients we serve.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of previous experience in client services.
  • Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new software.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a multi-doctor veterinary practice is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
