Summary This position is responsible for, but not limited to, being the point of contact for all day-to-day interactions with clients. The Client Services Representative performs daily tasks that could consist of the following duties: purchasing of client accounts receivables, monitoring and evaluating invoices and any supporting documentation submitted for fraud, enters credit authorizations, works assigned cbCentral tasks, creates new client debtors in the system (if applicable), performs invoice verifications within policy guidelines, prepares and works various reports, manages clients’ reserves, provides client training on funding procedures and in-house client portal, and performs research when needed.
