This position provides world-class customer service to Belron clients and internal departments by receiving and resolving client complaints, receiving and initiating correspondence, and assisting clients with other issues. This is the first level of a multi-level career development class series. Work assignments enable incumbents to obtain the experience required for advancement to Client Services Representative II.
