Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or pet care preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for animals and commitment to their well-being.
Basic knowledge of pet care and grooming is a plus.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for clients
Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client onboarding
Support vendor outreach and community events
Train, onboard, support Pet Sitters/Dog Walkers
Deliver attentive home pet care services in clients’ homes upholding the highest standards
Ensure smooth daily operations of pet care services and team communication
