About The Position

Our administrative and leadership teams play a critical role in supporting clinicians, clients, and families so care can happen safely, efficiently, and with confidence. We are seeking a full-time Client Services Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Client Intake team, oversee key operational and cross-functional projects, and support the continued growth and effectiveness of our services. This role is ideal for an experienced people leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving systems, and managing complex workflows in a healthcare or human services environment. The Client Services Manager is a key operational leader who blends people leadership, operational oversight, and project management.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
  • Strong people leadership and coaching skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and tools
  • Ability to problem-solve, manage change, and implement structure

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, community services, or a related environment is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the Client Intake team, ensuring efficient workflows and strong communication
  • Support onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and ongoing development of intake team members
  • Manage therapist availability, caseload distribution, and coverage planning across geographies
  • Address operational and employee relations matters with professionalism and care
  • Lead and coordinate key operational and cross-functional projects from planning through completion
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, structure, and service quality
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., Ontario Health at Home, CTN)
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and risk management practices across all areas of responsibility
