Responsibilities may include Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Services, Warehouse, and File Room/Records File Services, depending on the assigned location. The role also involves attending cross-functional trainings for coverage and may require site responsibility changes based on client or division needs. Specific duties for Mail/Courier Services include prompt and accurate receiving, sorting, delivery, pickup, and processing of all courier items, interoffice mail, and USPS mail, tracking courier and accountable items, researching unidentified mail, logging and tracking messenger items, responding to customer requests, and performing routine equipment upkeep. For Shipping/Receiving, responsibilities include shipping and receiving packages, verifying and maintaining shipment records, counting pieces, retaining paperwork, following delivery schedules, securing signatures, operating shipping/receiving equipment, responding to customer requests, data entry, and maintaining inventory.
