The Client Services Coordinator is a key member of our front‑line team and plays an essential role in creating a positive, professional, and welcoming experience for every client. This position supports both our clients and internal team through exceptional communication, organization, and service delivery. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative and/or client service role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and resourcefulness.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to supporting clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with Outlook calendar management

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Zoom or Calendly is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a positive and professional first point of contact for the firm.
  • Answer incoming client calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Support department managers with client outreach and the collection of required client information.
  • Assist partners and managers with scheduling virtual and in‑person meetings.
  • Welcome clients to the office and ensure they receive timely, supportive assistance.
  • Collaborate with client services colleagues on general office support tasks.
  • Perform filing, sorting, scanning, and copying of client documents.
  • Complete ad hoc administrative projects as assigned.

Benefits

  • This position offers a starting salary range of $46,000 to $55,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s education, relevant experience, and skills.
