We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to work in our corporate office in Grand Rapids, to join our growing team in retail consumer collections. Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service
  • Strong data processing skills with a proven track record
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Proficient with relevant software applications including the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve reporting issues between the Firm and clients through electronic data interfaces
  • Generate and provide reports based upon Firm or clients’ requirements
  • Prioritize day to day tasks and issues with colleagues
  • Operate with a proactive approach to advisors and clients
  • Understand and troubleshoot electronic data exchanges with client
