About The Position

We are seeking a Client Services Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations, helping customers improve workflows, adopt Axuall solutions, and achieve measurable outcomes. You will bring healthcare, workflow, and product expertise to understand customer needs, design future-state workflows, guide organizational change, and optimize how customers use Axuall solutions. You will translate customer objectives into effective workflows and provide the consulting expertise needed throughout implementation, adoption, and optimization. Success in this role is measured by your ability to improve customer workflows, drive adoption, contribute to measurable customer outcomes, and apply your expertise across multiple customer engagements.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, consulting, implementation, or customer success; healthcare credentialing or provider operations experience is strongly preferred.
Strong consulting and solutioning skills, with the ability to understand complex workflows and recommend practical future-state solutions.
Strong healthcare domain knowledge with the ability to develop deep expertise in Axuall products and customer workflows.
Experience guiding customers through workflow transformation, adoption, and organizational change to achieve measurable outcomes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into clear recommendations.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage priorities across multiple customer engagements, and operate with a high degree of accountability

Responsibilities

Lead workflow discovery to understand customer processes, challenges, goals, and opportunities for improvement.
Design and recommend future-state workflows that leverage Axuall solutions and industry best practices to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, applying healthcare, product, and workflow expertise across customer engagements
Manage workflow and solution workstreams within customer engagements, coordinating deliverables, dependencies, and follow-up to support successful implementation.
Guide customers through workflow and organizational change to drive successful adoption of Axuall solutions.
Develop and lead targeted adoption and optimization strategies, including training, addressing resistance, building customer champions, and using customer feedback and workflow insights to improve efficiency and value realization.
Assess utilization, adoption, workflow performance, and customer outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Own the quality and effectiveness of workflow and solution recommendations throughout implementation, validation, go-live, and optimization.
Develop and share reusable workflow patterns, playbooks, best practices, and consulting approaches that improve consistency and scale expertise across customer engagements.
Bring customer insights, workflow needs, and recurring challenges back to Axuall to inform product improvements and strengthen delivery methodologies.
