This role is within the Business Travel team, specializing in immigration-related travel support, providing expert guidance, immigration support, and client relationship management to enhance the business travel experience for clients.

Requirements

  • Expert guidance, immigration support, and client relationship management for business travel.
  • Immigration subject matter expertise for business travel matters.
  • Conduct detailed assessments and provide guidance on visas, work authorization, and compliance requirements related to business travel.

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing client relationships.

  • Provide governance support (including process mapping and policy development).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with employees traveling for business, delivering high-quality service and support.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on travel assessments, address questions, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships and business growth.
  • Act as an immigration subject matter expert for business travel matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Partner with internal product teams to ensure immigration-related content on the platform is accurate and up to date.
  • Conduct detailed assessments and provide guidance on visas, work authorization, and compliance requirements related to business travel.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop immigration strategies that minimize risk for both the company and the employee.
  • Stay current on global immigration laws and trends, offering timely insights and recommendations.
  • Provide expert advice to support effective planning and execution of international business travel.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
