About The Position
Jefferson at Home by BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Voorhees, NJ home health office. This position is on site in Voorhees, NJ Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, Client Services Associates gain valuable exposure to all aspects of referral management, client services, scheduling and staffing — preparing them for future growth opportunities within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Home health office experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and build professional relationships
- Ambition to grow professionally and advance within the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer/data entry skills
- Comfortable with phone communication and relationship-building outreach
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with managing client services, scheduling, and staffing needs
- Act as the first point of contact for new referrals
- Support field staff in delivering high-quality home health services
- Assist with various administrative tasks
- Foster positive communication and engagement with field employees
- Maintain accurate documentation and data entry within company systems
