About The Position

As a Client Services Associate at Savant, you will be a trusted first point of contact for clients and an essential partner to our Advisors. You will help keep a close-knit Wellesley office running smoothly while coordinating client requests, maintaining accurate information, and making every interaction feel polished and personal. This could be a strong next step if you already know the pace and precision of wealth management and want to bring that experience to a collaborative, values-driven team. We are especially interested in candidates with registered investment adviser experience and familiarity with Schwab or Fidelity custodial platforms.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven success in client service or administrative support within financial services, preferably in an RIA or wealth management environment.
  • Experience with Schwab or Fidelity custodial platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM software.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Strong organization, critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several priorities without losing follow-through.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication with a client-first approach.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential client information.
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and a willingness to help wherever the team needs support.

Responsibilities

  • Own the client experience from the first call or office greeting through timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Partner with Advisors to schedule meetings, prepare reports and materials, confirm appointments, and complete post-meeting requests.
  • Prepare, submit, and track account-opening, transfer, and other client paperwork with accuracy and urgency.
  • Maintain complete, current client records in Salesforce and document client interactions and requests.
  • Navigate custodial relationships and help clients move through complex processes in a clear, approachable way.
  • Anticipate routine office needs, including phones, visitors, mail, supplies, shared spaces, and local client events.
  • Proofread reports and electronic data, troubleshoot issues, and follow commitments through to completion.
  • Step in for teammates when needed and contribute to a responsive, collaborative Client Services team.
