About The Position

Client Services Associate, Intake — Amaryllis Division- Hybrid Role BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a full-time Client Services Associate to support the Amaryllis Division. This hybrid position supports offices throughout the Cumberland and Gloucester areas, with occasional travel to those offices as needed. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in home care, healthcare, customer service, sales, referral coordination, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, meet goals, and manage increasing responsibility.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with computers and electronic systems; experience with Excel is preferred.
  • Positive, motivated, and service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to BAYADA offices in the Cumberland and Gloucester areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new client intake activities, including referral calls, information gathering, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for clients, families, referral sources, payors, and community partners.
  • Coordinate client services across multiple offices and help ensure referrals move efficiently through the intake and service-start process.
  • Communicate client needs and referral updates to Client Services Managers and other members of the care team.
  • Support field staff by providing timely information, guidance, and follow-through on client service needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and use electronic systems and Excel to track referrals, workflow items, and other information.
  • Assist with office operations, process improvement, organization, and other administrative priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community organizations.
  • Prioritize competing demands, solve problems, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Represent BAYADA with professionalism, compassion, and reliability in every interaction.
