About The Position

SubroIQ is seeking a Client Services Analyst as we continue to grow our team! The Client Services Analyst is responsible for all preparatory work needed before releasing the file to an examiner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, there may be interaction with client’s employees
• Good typing skills are a must
• Ability and judgement to apply processes and procedures
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to generate imaginative work or ideas that affect simple, routine activities

Responsibilities

• Initial file investigation to determine the cause and details surrounding a P&C claim and qualify it for additional recovery efforts
• Retrieval of relevant documents to support recovery efforts
• Capture of essential file elements from documents and internet data bases
• Ability to interpret file information and determine the relevance of the information
