As a Client Services Analyst III, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring excellent client service and delivery to the client base. You will be assigned a book of clients managing Collateral Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Leverage Finance Facilities. Your role will involve day-to-day operations and reporting delivery to these clients, requiring minimal supervision for all executed activities and independent deal management. You will be responsible for creating technical report specifications from indenture language, setting up payment calculations in various in-house systems, and receiving, mapping, and reconciling periodic collateral data. Additionally, you will compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports, coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made, and perform quality control reviews of reports to meet timeliness and accuracy standards. You will also perform portfolio compliance tests on a selection of structured fixed income deals (trade testing) and have frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies. Your responsibilities include ensuring excellent service delivery to a book of Loan Clients in the Corporate Trust business, participating in new client proposals, leading business-related projects, and making tax elections, filing for EINs, and tracking residual holder transfers. A key part of this role involves reading and interpreting trust indentures with regard to reporting requirements.
