As a Client Services Advisor, you will serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients, focusing on building strong relationships, assisting them with regulatory requirements, and ensuring their services operate smoothly. Requirements

  • 2+ years of total office experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word with intermediate Excel skills required.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to apply regulatory knowledge in a variety of situations.
  • Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment.
  • Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
  • Occasional travel to customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of client services experience in a professional services environment desirable.
  • Post-secondary education in a business-related field preferred.
  • In lieu of degree or experience, would consider a combination of education and related office experience.
  • Experience with J. J. Keller services desirable.
  • Knowledge of FMCSR regulations desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and manages the client relationship.
  • Serve as the primary interface in an advisory role between J. J. Keller and assigned clients.
  • Educate clients on regulatory requirements, providing interpretations and best practices.
  • Identify program improvement opportunities to meet and improve safety program objectives.
  • Monitor client responsibilities to ensure compliance with service requirements.
  • Analyze compliance trends and, if applicable, develop formal improvement programs.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of client information under the FCRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory entities.
  • Adhere to the department's data security policies pertaining to Personal Identification Information.
  • Partner with internal teams on complex client inquiries.
  • Assist the implementation team with new clients.
  • Maintain expertise pertaining to applicable local, state and federal regulations in order to provide education and clarification to clients.
