VCA Old Marple Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative Supervisor to join our well-established, multi-doctor, 24 hour emergency/general practice located in Springfield, Pennsylvania. Supervisor - Client Service Representative We are seeking an experienced Client Service Representative Supervisor to join our team, minimum five years customer service experience required. We are looking for a personable yet highly professional "service extraordinaire" to join us in delivering excellent client care. Requirements

  • Excellent client services skills, phone skills, computer skills
  • Must be friendly, outgoing, "people-oriented"
  • Background in management
  • Position includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • minimum five years customer service experience required

Responsibilities

  • Supervisor the CSR staff fairly and respectively, maintain the utmost trust with management
  • Greeting visitors, answering telephones, scheduling, confirming appointments, checking clients In/out, processing payments.
  • Light cleaning and other duties
  • Hiring, reviews, disciplinary actions, scheduling, employee relations and communications, time clock maintenance, general supervisory duties
