We’re looking for a Client Services Specialist to be the heartbeat of our Peoria office, managing day-to-day operations while creating a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every client and guest. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for someone with a polished phone presence, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for customer service who wants to contribute ideas, grow with the company, and take pride in being an essential part of a fast-paced, high-impact team.

- 10+ years of front reception office experience
- Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required
- Experience in a professional services or financial services environment
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and direct the caller to the appropriate associate
- Greet clients in a friendly, warm manner
- Respond to client inquiries on administrative questions
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Assist in the inventory management of office supplies
- Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Provides general administrative and clerical support
- Maintains a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms
- Accurate data entry into the database/CRM
