Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Sound judgment, integrity, and professionalism.
• Strong computer skills and confidence learning new technology and software.
• Curiosity and a genuine desire to learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in financial services, banking, client service, or another professional office environment is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train an exceptional candidate with the right mindset, aptitude, work ethic, and capacity to learn. We're far more interested in finding someone with strong character, curiosity, and potential than someone who already knows every system we use.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with clients to answer questions, assist with account-related needs, and ensure requests are handled accurately and promptly.
• Open and maintain investment, retirement, brokerage, and education savings accounts.
• Process account transfers, money movement requests, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage client records, documentation, and workflow through our CRM and operational systems.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and support advisors before, during, and after client meetings.
• Prepare reports, forms, correspondence, and other client-related materials.
• Coordinate with our home office and internal departments to resolve client requests and account issues.
• Monitor outstanding tasks and follow up to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Assist with general office operations and other responsibilities as the needs of the practice evolve.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and create an exceptional experience for both clients and team members.
