Requirements

High school diploma; college degree preferred.
Minimum 0-1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
Invest in understanding and applying insurance principles to advise clients on risk transfer, financial elements, and business transactions.
Contribute to workflows and processes to deliver a world-class client experience while adhering to compliance requirements.
Foster client relationships by understanding their needs, prioritizing deliverables, and proactively delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
Ensure accuracy of invoicing and work with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.
Order policy changes from carriers, update agency management system/exposure schedules and set follow-up tasks.
Investigates and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits and endorsements)
Review, process, and deliver policy audits to clients.
Update agency management system and third-party platforms related to new and existing clients.
