The Client Services Specialist (CSS) provides support to Gehring Group’s account management team in answering daily service needs and providing claims/billing support to employees/members of clients. The CSS is an advocate for Gehring Group’s clients’ employees and reports directly to the Supervisory Account Manager while working under the supervision of the Client Services’ Team Lead. The CSS is well-versed in employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.
