About The Position

We’re seeking a Client Service Specialist who will make a meaningful impact by delivering proactive client service, thoughtful benefits strategy, and a high-touch experience for both clients and employees. This role supports clients by ensuring benefits programs are administered accurately, aligned with strategic objectives, and compliant with all regulatory requirements. You’ll partner with internal teams and client contacts to deliver seamless execution, creative solutions, and a superior client experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Ability to obtain a Life & Health License within six months of employment
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience supporting employee benefits, insurance, or client service functions
• Experience with benefits administration or agency management systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for employee benefit questions, claims issues, eligibility concerns, billing inquiries, and benefit administration support
• Deliver responsive, high-quality service while building strong client relationships
• Assist with open enrollment activities and employee communications
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within agency management and benefits administration systems
• Support client implementations, renewals, billing reconciliations, and ongoing service requests
• Ensure data accuracy and timely completion of administrative processes
• Contribute to positive client experiences that support retention and long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify service improvements and drive operational efficiency
• Support special projects and initiatives that enhance overall client success
