About The Position

The Client Service Associate is a liaison between Investment Services (<$250k AUM) advisors and clients. This individual will be responsible for client outreach, specifically setting appointments for advisors.

Requirements

  • Proven investment advisory sales skills including proactive outbound calling efforts
  • Proven abilities to maintain appropriate policies & procedures for regulatory-driven requirements
  • Knowledge of investment products and services
  • Exceptional verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Excellent operational, organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and collaborative

Responsibilities

  • Contact clients on behalf of Empower advisors for internal and external portfolio reviews, financial planning discussions and pre/post client event follow up
  • Interact with advisors regarding current clients
  • Help troubleshoot issues that clients may have with the Personal Dashboard and relay to the technical support team
  • Interact with clients via phone, chat, and email
  • Properly record interactions within customer relationship management software
