The Client Service Representative is responsible for attaining assigned sales revenue targets, processing client orders, and responding to client inquiries and questions regarding Boland Supply.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience and education required.
  • Able to operate a forklift.
  • Must be able to maintain a very organized email inbox.
  • Detail-oriented, quick learner, motivated, organized, great communication and writing skills.
  • Problem solver, able to multitask, excellent interpersonal skills, client-focused, sales-driven.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical sales or related experience is a plus.
  • Experience with HVAC or related business preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Attain assigned sales revenue targets.
  • Process client orders.
  • Respond to client inquiries and questions regarding Boland Supply.
  • Be trained on all store processes: sales, shipping and receiving, order staging, purchasing, warranty, basic HVAC.
  • Answer client calls, identify parts, and provide support to clients in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Identify and process client orders for HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies via the internet, fax, phone, and over the counter.
  • Order required parts.
  • Respond to client's inquiries or questions regarding products.
  • Drive sales by actively making clients aware of product promotions.
  • Maintain transactions via the cashbox/drawer, checks, and credit cards, as well as balancing at the end of the day.
  • Warranty administration.
  • Stocking and general appearance of the showroom.
  • Maintain accurate inventory status by adhering to proper processes and procedures.
  • Prepare for and participate in physical inventory as scheduled.
  • Possess knowledge of the product lines to be able to demonstrate and discuss with clients.
  • May load and unload shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment.
  • Handle emergency phone and client service duties after hours as necessary.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
