About The Position

Peak Paws Advanced Veterinary Hospital is a locally owned, 24/7 veterinary practice providing emergency and rehabilitation care for pets. We are committed to work-life balance, offering schedules that allow team members to prioritize family, social, and academic commitments. Full-time staff work 4 days per week (36 hours) with schedules posted at least one month in advance, and paid time off accrues continuously. Comprehensive benefits begin on day one.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in veterinary reception, client service, or customer support preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing veterinary support role.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and pets, ensuring a welcoming experience
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with client concerns and questions, and coordinate with referral doctors and the local veterinary community
  • Provide clear, compassionate information about pets’ visits
  • Assist with check-out and payment options
  • Support the veterinary team in a fast-paced environment
