VCA Gwynedd Animal Hospital, 1615 West Point Pike, Lansdale, PA is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team. The pay range for this position is $15-$17/hour based on experience, part-time. We are open Monday- Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm. Our ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of CSR experience, be able to multitask efficiently, have compassionate communication skills, be confident in their ability to provide exceptional client service for a busy veterinary practice and is excited to be part of a cohesive team dedicated to up keeping a happy and healthy hospital culture. This role requires the abilities to: Provide exceptional client service such as offering warm hospitality, answering and managing up to 6 lines of telephone calls, text messages, email as well as in person visits with compassionate communication. Placing calls to clients, receiving and relaying messages, and communicating clearly and courteously with the doctors and veterinary staff. Managing electronic medical records, reports, and correspondence Scheduling and confirming appointments Presenting and explaining fees as well as processing payments Provide information and education on our services, wellness plans, and treatment options Take on projects or additional duties as directed by the leadership team Maintenance/housekeeping of the reception area and lobby If you are a current associate, you will need to apply through our internal career site.
