About The Position

Cross Timbers Animal Medical Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. Our CSRs are the welcoming faces and voices of our hospital, helping create a positive experience from the moment a client calls or walks through the door. At Cross Timbers, veterinary care is about more than appointments. It's about building lasting relationships with pets, their families, and our community. We're committed to reducing fear, anxiety, and stress while creating more positive experiences for patients and their families. We'll provide the training and support you need to understand Fear Free principles and incorporate them into your daily work.
