Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of experience supporting Commercial Lines insurance accounts
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license
  • Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Support Commercial Lines Account Managers with day‑to‑day servicing of existing client accounts
  • Provide prompt, professional responses to client service requests and inquiries
  • Maintain a strong client‑focused service approach that supports retention and satisfaction
  • Review and check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and completeness
  • Issue certificates of insurance in accordance with client and carrier requirements
  • Request and process policy endorsements with insurance carriers
  • Order FR‑19 forms and update driver information as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records within agency systems
  • Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and service standards
  • Support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the commercial service team
  • Identify and escalate issues that require Account Manager or carrier involvement
  • Contribute to consistent service practices that reduce errors and omissions exposure
